Bring your dog's vaccination records, a 4 to 6 foot leash (no flexi-leads), a collar, your dog's favorite treats and/or toy, and, of course, the dog.

Directions to Center:  The Center is located between Rockford and Buffalo just South of Highway 55 at 2534 Eastwood Ave.  From Buffalo it is just after Dickenson Springs Rest Area and the large curve.  It is the first right after the curve.  From Rockford it is the next left after the Humane Society.  There is a car repair facility on the north side of the road.  The turn is just east of there.  Click here for a not to scale map
